How does it work?

The approach is collaborative. Practitioners work alongside parents, valuing their instincts and tailoring strategies to suit each baby’s unique temperament and preferences. This ensures a dynamic, flexible, and supportive method that feels natural and comfortable for parents to implement. If a family enjoys using sleep associations, those are incorporated. If they prefer not to, they are left out—it’s entirely the family's choice. And the best part? It works. Babies sleep better. Parents sleep better. The whole family benefits—without going against what they know is best for their child.

Attachment-based sleep strategies are used to address sleep challenges in a way that supports both babies and their caregivers. This gentler form of sleep training—also known as sleep coaching—takes a developmental perspective, recognizing what is typical for infant sleep and gently encouraging more independence when the child is ready.

Support is also offered for toddler bedtime learning, using connection and attachment—not separation—as the foundation. These strategies teach toddlers how to enjoy sleeping independently. Bedtime doesn’t need to feel like a battle. By working with children rather than against them, bedtime becomes a peaceful and positive part of the daily routine.
