Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage

“a healthy outside starts from the inside”

What does Lymphatic Drainage do?

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. By reducing swelling, detoxifying tissues, and improving circulation, it supports the immune system and enhances overall well-being. By boosting the immune system, this can help fight infections from colds, flu, injuries, and post-surgical recovery. During pregnancy, it promotes health by reducing symptoms like swelling, weight gain, stretch marks, and postpartum discomfort. By regulating hormones, it can alleviate menstrual issues, menopause symptoms, puberty-related changes, and acne. This treatment also manages tissue volume, decreasing puffiness, swelling, and vertigo while clearing toxins to ease pain. Additionally, it calms the nervous system, reducing nerve-related pain, anxiety, and depression. On a cellular level, lymphatic drainage promotes collagen regeneration, helping to reduce scarring, wrinkles, and cellulite, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Fibromyalgia Massage

Using Lymphatic Drainage & Massage Techniques

What is Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas. It often involves other symptoms such as sleep disturbances, memory problems (sometimes called "fibro fog"), and mood issues.

This gentle treatment begins with a short assessment to identify areas of fascial restriction—without using painful trigger point techniques. The session focuses on soft pressure and lymphatic drainage to release tension in the abdomen and brain membranes, helping to calm the body’s pain response.

A series of 3 sessions is recommended, with many clients seeing up to 75% symptom relief.

Benefits May Include:

Improved sleep, energy, and focus, and reduced pain, anxiety, dizziness, and digestive issues. It can also support those with chronic fatigue, MS, post-cancer care, IBS, Crohn’s, colitis, concussions, and more.

What would a treatment look like?

Glymphatic Treatment

The brain cleans out 80 to 90% of waste every evening while you sleep. It can clear 3 pounds of toxins from the brain in 1 year. This process can be affected by neuro-inflammatory issues (Parkinsons, MS, Alzheimers, etc.), shift work, sleep disorders or simply getting older. Glymphatics’ uses gentle lymphatic techniques to work the upper body, neck, head, and brain. This balances the pressure zones of the body to reduce cerebral waste in the brain.

Structural Re-Integration Massage

This treatment focuses on correcting postural imbalances and restoring the natural alignment of the body. This may involve working on muscles, fascia (connective tissues), and joints to improve mobility, reduce tension, and promote balance throughout the body. The goal is to address misalignments or structural issues that may be causing pain, discomfort, or restricted movement.

In this treatment both Massage and Lymphatic Drainage techniques are used.
