Jenae Nelligan, Spinal Flow Practitioner
Jenae is a Spinal Flow Practitioner with a deep focus on the nervous system and its role in how the body heals, adapts, and functions as a whole. Her work is rooted in understanding the subtle patterns of stress held within the body—and how to gently guide those patterns back into balance.
Her path into Spinal Flow began with her own health journey. In 2023, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, she found herself looking beyond conventional approaches for something that addressed more than just symptoms. That search led her to Spinal Flow—an approach that shifted not only her career, but her relationship with her body.
Through this work, Jenae experienced firsthand what it means to move out of a constant state of stress and into one of regulation and restoration. That lived experience now shapes how she supports her clients—helping them recognize where stress is stored and how it may be impacting everything from pain and tension to energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Using gentle contacts along the spine, Jenae works with the body to release physical, chemical, and emotional stress patterns. By facilitating what’s known as the Spinal Wave, she helps reconnect the body’s communication pathways—supporting the nervous system in doing what it’s designed to do: regulate, adapt, and heal.
Her approach is calm, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that the body is not broken—it’s responding. And with the right support, it can return to a more balanced, resilient state.
Jenae is passionate about helping clients shift out of survival mode and into a place where their body can function with greater ease, clarity, and flow.
“True health begins when we move beyond symptom management and support the body in restoring its natural rhythm.”
